Katie Garibaldi’s music video “Unhappy Holiday” was presented with the award for Best Original Song at the LA Under the Stars Film Festival, where it screened to a live audience last night at El Cid Theater in Los Angeles! ✨🎶
LA Under the Stars received over 800 film submissions and only 28 selections were officially selected to screen. Garibaldi was in attendance at the fest to accept the award in person. Click here for some photos from the event (more to come). 💜

“Unhappy Holiday” is an official selection of the LA Under The Stars Film Festival, and screening tomorrow, Thursday 2/21 at the El Cid Theater in Los Angeles! 🌠🌠🌠 So excited and grateful to be included in the fest! 💗

“I never really intend for a song to be about something when I get inspired to write, but I follow the muse where it takes me. If I end up speaking about God in the song then I just let it flow and try to allow the message to come through. I believe there’s always a spiritual element to my songwriting because I let the creativity come from somewhere beyond the walls of just little old me.”
