Thank you to the Glendale International Film Festival for mailing me this beautiful trophy + district certificates for last year’s Best Music Video win for “Safe and Warm”! 💙🌈

It was so fun seeing it play on the big screen last October at the Laemmle Glendale theater. 💭🍿 This year, I’m grateful to have another official selection with “Star in the East,” which is screening virtually in the Animation Shorts block! 🌟

On a more gentle note, I was sorry to hear about the recent passing of festival founder Velvet Rhodes. I feel honored to be a part of this year’s event, which is dedicated to her. 🙏🏼🌹
