In celebration of Christmas in July, Katie Garibaldi's music video “Unhappy Holiday” is making its Canadian premiere at the South Georgian Bay Film Festival! 🎉🎄 For those nearby in the Ontario region, you’ll have two opportunities to see it on the big screen for the festival’s public View & Vote screenings: July 8th at Simcoe Street Theatre in Collingwood + July 11th at the Wasaga CountryLife Resort. The results of the public View & Vote events account for 35% of the judging process, and their panel of judges decides the remaining 65%. Katie Garibaldi's song “Jesus Touched My Heart” was an official selection of the Christian Film Festival in June and it ended up winning 3 awards! Best Song, Best Writer, and voted by the audience Best Song Fan Favorite. The CFF is a monthly fest in Virginia featuring films and music. Here’s what they said at the June 30th event:

It’s Christmas in July!! 🎉🎄 “Unhappy Holiday” has won BEST CHRISTMAS MUSIC VIDEO in the International Music Video Underground!! ☃️🎬 As a monthly award winner, the video is now also in the running for the ‘Best of the Best of the Year.’ The annual festival will take place in 2019 at the largest movie theater of Europe, Le Grand Rex, in the heart of Paris with 10 blocks of screenings. 🎞💘 Thanks to the Paris Music Video Underground for the good news (and holiday cheer)! Blue Whiskey Indie Film Fest To Screen "Unhappy Holiday" as Midwest Premiere

Katie Garibaldi's music video “Unhappy Holiday” is an official selection of the 2018 Blue Whiskey Independent Film Festival in Chicago! 🎬🎼🌟 The fest takes place August 3-9 at the Foxhole Chicago and “Unhappy Holiday” is scheduled to screen on Wednesday, August 8th in the 7pm block. 🍿 This screening will be the Midwest Premiere of “Unhappy Holiday,” so mark your calendar if you’re in the Chicago area to see it up on the big screen + support an awesome indie film fest!
